I’ve wanted to sell framed prints for many years now. Rather than working out of my small spare room, I’ve decided to partner with one of The UK’s leading print labs, who have specialized and been at the forefront of the market for over 30 years. I have spent the best part of 10 years learning the craft of photography, specifically landscape photography. There’s more to this craft than just understanding your camera or post-processing techniques. For me, I’ve spent a vast amount of my learning studying the landscape itself, understanding how weather and light play a crucial role in conveying emotion and storytelling. Composition is another aspect, which when you learn to be intentional, you can simplify visual elements of the landscape; giving the viewer a ‘straight to the point’ understanding of what they're seeing in front of their eyes. With all of this being said, when it comes to the art of printing and framing, I’m much happier leaving that in the very capable hands of the professionals!  

 

I’m currently offering my work in 8 different styles of frame, each with a variety of different moulding colours. Below, I have included images of each frame/colour with their individual titles. If you see one that you like, please make a note of this and you will then be able to select your preference in the product page.  

 

Each print will be printed on Fotospeed Platinum Baryta, which is a 300gsm 100% acid free fine art paper with a smooth, unglazed gloss surface. A natural white base and state-of-the-art micro-porous ink-receiving layers deliver a high DMAX and wide colour gamut, revealing delicate highlight details and smooth transitions in shadows. My style of photography consists mostly of high contrast scenes which are suited perfectly to this remarkable paper! 

 

A 2 inch white mount will be included as standard with each frame. An upgraded sliding sawtooth backing is included, which will help you perfectly line up your displays. You can also add your own wire or string with the holes provided.
